Delicious food especially the anchovies cooked three ways. The server was very sweet and helpful and helped us translate to English. Beautiful beach as well. It was like a haven for few days to a couple of middle aged Americans who have never been to the Italian Riveria. However I was rudely accosted by who I assume was the owner at 9am when I wanted one last dip before catching the train to France. I was not allowed to swim even for twenty minutes. Then I researched how the Italian government assesses beach fees on restaurants even as high as 60,000 euros a summer for beach business. All beaches are private except rocky tiny stretches between businesses. This is unusual in my experience in the whole world. So upsetting to a foreigner to be berated like I was some filthy cheater for not paying $48 euros a day for beds and umbrellas I was not interested in using. The Italian tourism board should let visitors know, as this is a system in place for generations but how is an outsider to understand? t ended my stay in Italy of over a month in tears because I was made to feel like a criminal when I only wanted to swim. I will not be returning again instead taking my business to Greece France and Hawaii. Try American Aloha you will understand the depth of your horrible government policies. All the smiles when I was paying for lunch were false.

Me and my wife got grilled calamar and was the best choice. No regret at all. The place offer as well long chair and beach umbrella.

Very nice place at the beach. The food was great and the staff very friendly. Not the most obvious place to find great food,but they will surprise you.
