Their bbq only includes 3 types of meat and 1 type of seafood(of course there are vegetables and other supplements : pork, chicken, beef and shrimp. The shrimps are especially clean and succulent. All the meat and seafood are well-marinated in the Vietnamese way, as species and lemon juice balance out the typical fatty feel of bbq. If you do not know about Vietnamese species, try to imagine the combination between Chasselas wine and Gruyère cheese. I was well received by a very friendly Vietnamese gentleman, Phu. If you have questions about how to eat a proper Vietnamese bbq, he would be there to answer all your questions. I would definitely come back next time with friends once my meat-craving is on the doorstep.
