The pizza was just the way I like it: thin crust and crispy, with fresh-tasting ingredients. The salad was also just right. But most importantly, the staff were very friendly, with the decor being modern but comfortable with lots of space. I and the group I'm with will probably end up going back there. Highly recommended.

Even... read more I have had the pleasure of staying at the Mövenpick Hotel and eating at Ciao Trattoria. The food is delicious, and and the service wonderful and friendly. Even though it had been 4 month since my last trip, the staff remembered me and even remembered the table I had sat at last time! Highly recommend great food, wine, service and ambiance.

The service was excellent and the meal... read more I am traveling from the US and had a looooong day. I am usually apprehensive to try hotel restaurants but Ciao is great! The service was excellent and the meal phenomenal. I had the Bolognese and highly recommend it. Really a must try spot when visiting Lausanne and in the mood for Italian.
