Food was freshly prepared and was served fairly quickly. Staff was friendly and polite.
However, when I went to pick up the food, the woman at the counter charged me over $45! When I inquired about the price difference, she simply handed me an updated menu as she put my order in a bag. Once I got home and reviewed the new menu (photo attached), I saw that the combo platters were now listed at $10.95 each and the hibachi chicken/steak at $12.45. That adds up to $34.50, and with tax, it shouldn't have exceeded $40. I’m baffled by how they can overcharge like this, but that’s not even the worst part. The real issue was the food itself! The hibachi was served with canned carrots (I’m serious, just check the photos) over sticky white rice and a bland, watery sauce on the side. The fact that they labeled this as fried rice is honestly embarrassing. The general chicken had some spice, but it was far from what it should look and taste like. It’s obvious that the cooks in this establishment lack the necessary skills, and the person handling pricing and customer service is either incompetent or dishonest. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.
I sat at the restaurant for about 10-15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I tried to get the attention of both waitstaff, but they simply turned and walked away as if I wasn't there at all. I felt completely invisible while everyone else around me was being attended to. Frustrated, I eventually decided to leave.
