After telling her my issue; She ignores me and completely walks away. I pull back around and order another 10piece and ask to speak to a manager, the drive through worker proceeds to tell me he is in the bathroom and walks away and themanager never comes. If you don?t want to do your easy job at a fast food place please find somewhere else that does not involvecustomer service.

Both Wendy's here in Laurel Maryland drive thru SUX 90% of he time your order is wrong, today when me and my sister stopped for lunch my sister orders a Chicken... read more Both Wendy's here in Laurel Maryland drive thru SUX 90% of he time your order is wrong, today when me and my sister stopped for lunch my sister orders a Chicken sandwich combo and I ordered a butter potato my sister combo was fine but had to wait 15 min.for my backed butter baked potato, go home and had a sour cream chives only, for one thing I don't like sour cream on my bakedpotato just butter, then when I called to complain about order, phone just rings no one answers phone to address my complaint :(this makes me think twice on ever ordering from Wendy's again especially the one I had bad experience today
