The manager does not enforce proper mask usage, and employees are not required to wear masks or gloves while handling food. I observed the manager wearing his mask below his nose, and staff members wearing masks incorrectly with their mouths and noses exposed. Witnessing an employee handle money and then food without washing their hands was concerning. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable, and I will not be dining here again.

I frequently dine at this restaurant as it is conveniently located near my workplace. I have consistently experienced excellent customer service and the establishment is always well-maintained. The prices are reasonable and they serve generous portions of food.

The Wendy 's over in Laurel Md/ Rte.1...is nice. Wendy 's actually >cooks< their burgers Which is Renaissance meal prep at it 's best. Customer service was just alittle on the slow side...but that was because .. demand was high. lol...go figure.

Wendys was served a delicious veterans breakfast! Breakfast fries were well seasoned and perfectly crispy! I The best breakfast fries I've ever had at any restaurant.
