Horrid asked for a chai tea latte and she couldn't;t figure out what to do. It was on the menu. Then asked for an impossible breakfast sandwich without cheese totally confused her. Even though I have gotten this a million times, this was too much for the girl working there. Left View all feedback.
My new Henrico barista works here! She shared her story with me even though I was holding up the line, and the customer service was excellent.
Because they love what they're doing, if you don't know what you want they help you select it ,with pleasure.
A little slower than your average Starbucks, but still the same quality product.

Went there for my birthday reward, the guy working there was so nice he wished me and wrote happy birthday on my cup as well, the drink itself was great too. 10/10 wish I got his name so I could give credit
