What User doesn't like about Pho 89 Inc:
Don't expect authentic Vietnamese flavors here. What I had was definitely not Pho. The spring rolls were too thick and lacked flavor. The fish sauce tasted nothing like what I've experienced in Vietnamese restaurants. Even the coffee was disappointing. Save your money; they clearly don't know how to prepare Vietnamese cuisine. This place is more of a Chinese take on Vietnamese food. I'm giving it 5 stars because, for the price you pay, I feel like our satisfies the basic craving. The portion sizes are decent and not too big. The grilled pork in the vermicelli is a Chinese pork belly style. The pho broth is not as heavy, so it allows you to customize your toppings. Parking is free outside.
Food is ok, customer service could use some improvement. My large beef only had large noodles and soup. The flavor was average nothing special.
Amazing pho with a richly flavored broth and welcoming owners. I will definitely make it a point to stop by every time I'm in town!
I was initially skeptical since I'm not a fan of pho, but my husband is. However, the food was absolutely delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. It's small and cozy, and it wasn't overly crowded during our visit. We will definitely be coming back soon!
