Breakfast with wifey was great at Panera Bread. Never disappointed in my Panera Bread!
Great staff and manager! Food comes out pretty quick and always fresh and hot. prices has gone up. decent place to finish up any last minute emails.
Ordered Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich on tomato basil bread, Cesar Salad and French Onion soup. Asked for chips with 2 of these items and paid for 1 extra bag of chips. Had to go back for my 3rd bag and they argued with me before giving it to me. Gothome, my mom's soup had no croutons; her half sandwich was not toasted and had chicken on only half of that half sandwich. Thepictures are of my Cesar salad that I'd asked to have added spinach and avocado. The avocado was old and BROWN! For utensils forthis meal, I had 3 soup spoons only and I had to wash my coat because the soup leaked all the way home in the car. This wasabsolutely the worst service I've ever had at this Panera!
Every time I've gone here they have gotten my order wrong. Today I ordered orange juice with my meal and it was not in my bag.
Visited yesterday and completely out of the ordinary, my bread was bordering on being stale. Very dry. So I asked the folks at the pickup counter if I could get a different piece of bread and she said they're all the same. I was kind of surprised notonly out the lack of accommodation but their lack of faith that maybe I just got a bad piece that had been sitting too long andthe fact that she was just confident that none of their bread was any good. Really was tempted to remind them that bread is inyour name and therefore should be something that they try to make sure is good. Also had to search for a clean table.
