Good location, standard panera. the food took a little longer than expected that it was not so busy, but it wasn't terrible, and eating was good, as usual.
This is a clean Panera with good menu options. The items are mostly in stock and are readily available. The food and beverage are very good. The Baggett with the bistro French onion soup is my favorite. Always piping hot and delicious! Employees make mistakes a lot here, but they are friendly and accommodating when they do mess up which makes the experience a lot better. I appreciate the service they provide. Good place to catch a quiet bite and get some things done while dining in. Or just take out because the soup is always hot!
The food was pretty good to average. Great customer service. They were not wearing any masks at all despite covid numbers going up due to omicron. The fish was decent, not very flavorful. The shrimp was pretty good. Prices average. This is not a soul food restaurant, but it did offer beans and rice, catfish, okra, liver and gizzard meals. They also had Mac n cheese but it was definitely not baked, very runny. I would consider returning mainly because of the friendly service.
The Flatbread is quite good. I don't understand why you have the food cubbies if you leave everything on the counter?
Really good quiet restaurant with lots efficient even till closing time. Free desserts with the app. Muffins were A1.
