The only negative is s... read more This is my main Panera stop after the atrocious standards at the ft. Meade/175 location. This location is clean, great tea, good service. The only negative is some of the staff act like you are the worst part of their day, before you even order. Also, long lines can be stuck without anyone there to take order, just ignoring the line. I typically just grab a drink and then order food through app so I can bypass the awkward interactions and long wait as much as possible. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because about a month ago I came in brought 12 bagels was given cream cheese. Today I come in buy 6 but was told I had to pay $1.76 for cream cheese. This is insane to me. Now to pay extra after receiving one I can understand but when I’m purchasing something that is known to come with cream cheese why would I pay that? To not give me one is crazy. Not sure I will be returning because of this. Do better with the cream cheese please.
