When you approach the counter at any Panda Express location, you may feel a bit rushed as it's an express service. I found the experience to be too hurried for my liking, but it was tolerable. However, I was disappointed to discover that the drink machine was located downstairs and did not offer tea after I had already purchased a drink. View all feedback.

Soon, the line extended out the door with four to five people waiting and no one managing the line properly. When I received my order of teriyaki, the manager gave me a dry piece and half of what I ordered. When I asked for the rest, she refused, claiming she was still eating. This was incredibly poor service and I will not be returning, even if I were starving. The staff needs to improve their customer service, especially the manager, who displayed the worst attitude.

They really test your patience. One thing I noticed was the numerous online orders that came in while I waited. It appears that online orders now take priority over walk-in orders due to the pandemic. Despite these frustrations, dining at Panda Express is consistently tasty and fresh, making the extra wait worth it.
The Chinese lady/server skipped me to serve two people behind me. she probably realized that I was Chinese and treated me like that. it's not the first time I noticed that she was acting like that. they treat their own worse, unless they are their friends or allies, and by the way, as if they are totally innocent and they don't see it, is a trick, because if they use blatantly bad attitude, we all know what they think. that is clearly wrong.
Not worth it. Ordered the broccoli and beef online while on my lunch break. One small little piece of beef and the rest was just broccoli.
