Also order a appetizer sampler and everything smell like the oil from the fryer hasn?t been changed in awhile.

And the manager Randy was awesome. We will most definitely come back to this IHOP again.

Also the pancakes were overdone and hard. However the waitress was friendly and got the order correct.

They could just wipe them out. Cutlery came in a dirty plastic basket. This is too bad, as this placereally make an effort to give you good service.

Ariel our waitress was exceptional, I can't say enough about her service, her kindness and her wonderful personality. The staffin general was friendly and professional! The food was hot and delicious ???? I was more than pleased with my eatingexperience here at this diner. I can't wait to come back!!
