Ihop - Laurel

The worst experience of all time! I waited almost two hours for my food and I understand that they are under much pressure at work, but people sitting after us were given their food first. they prioritize the food for the delivery services before the people in their own restaurant. I came to have a nice family breakfast with family who flew to visit and that just ruined our breakfast. I never expected to wait 9:40-11:51 for a meal. I will never visit this place again!

Eating was very good at this day and our waiter was unclean! the coffee was delicious and plentiful, that is always a good start. the eggs were large and over easy. I'm just soaked into my ash-browns. nothing could be finer than eating vinegar bbq in carolina. the French toast came directly from France. the speck tasted good, but was too hard. still we enjoyed, thank you ihop!

At first visit this place, my staff and I place our order via the phone, it was a little busy, eating awhile even tho we welcome our order via the phone, very friendly staff they welcome us as soon as we go, very clean restaurant including their restroom. our food was hot and they put everything we need was in our bag, very good customer service, we didn't have to ask for anything?.

I was worried about going here because the outside of the restaurant looks a little rough. the food and service, where good but.

So my wife and I came to this IHOP and ordered. When the food came we didn't get half of the order, made several request only to have the manager be dismissive with a smile. It didn't matter that I was willing to pay an up charge for grilled chicken that I was told I couldn't with my meal. I changed my order and it went like this. The pancakes where not what I ordered, the eggs where fried not scrambled, the classic burger was pink not well done, the pancakes my wife order should've been first to come out. Never showed up. Asked to have the burger removed from my check, and was dismissed, we preferred plastic ware. We fit 1 set to eat with. My wife still reorder a Blueberry pancake (1) with milk. Saw the pancake but no milk and nothing to eat with. While the Blueberry compote melted the top of the plastic container it was in. So we left. I don't understand why the server took the order and it never came out right or why management displayed displeasure to the customer. Perhaps someone else had a better experience and it was our turn to be disappointed. Not looking to revisit this anymore!!!
