Dunkin' - Feedback

What User likes about Dunkin':
I order my drinks through the app so they can be ready when I arrive. I usually use the drive thru, but if I'm not welcome when I enter the store. I stand for pick-up and waited a few minutes to be recognized, even if I say I receive a ?on the go? order included with the order number. Staff are trying to avoid eye contact. I used to frequent this restaurant often, but recently the staff seems to have trouble getting my order right. I find myself having to double check and make corrections almost every day. I even started placing my own orders and showing them to the staff to make sure they understand the difference between what I ordered and what I received. Despite being slow, my order is always 100% accurate. View all feedback.
