I order my drinks through the app so they can be ready when I arrive. I usually use the drive thru, but if I'm not welcome when I enter the store. I stand for pick-up and waited a few minutes to be recognized, even if I say I receive a ?on the go? order included with the order number. Staff are trying to avoid eye contact. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I used to frequent this restaurant often, but recently the staff seems to have trouble getting my order right. I find myself having to double check and make corrections almost every day. I even started placing my own orders and showing them to the staff to make sure they understand the difference between what I ordered and what I received. Despite being slow, my order is always 100% accurate. View all feedback.
Awful and disrespectful service. They couldn't even fulfill a request for more milk and gave a hostile attitude. Definitely won't be returning to this Dunkin'.
Go there every morning and the same guy makes my iced coffee. Professional, polite, and speedy. Love it.
Great customer service. One customer dropped her food on the ground and they replaced it no questions asked.
