This is a nicely located Dunkin, but I have been there more than once now and there has always been an issue with my order (especially when ordering through the app). Either they don't have the item (common items, not anything special) or they completely mess up the order/disregard the order instructions. The worst Dunkin ' Donuts I 've been to. Never heard of 6 hashbrowns for the order. Horrible customer service. Will not return
I’ve been coming to this location since months haven’t had any issues today was different came in ordered my usual drink order there was someone new working she didn’t get my order right I tried correcting her she came back and tried to correct me never remade the drink walked out feeling like I’m never coming back here again this location has lost me and many others to come for hiring people like this.
Had a quick stop here for breakfast and it was good . Lots of space inside to sit and eat . Service was quick . And very helpful employees. Parking was tight . Not much of space outside . Loved the tomato pesto sandwich . It was really crispy and amazing flavor . Hash browns were ok . Coffee was good. Overall a good experience..
The young girl named Stella was very nice! The store looked very clean. The only thing that could use a little help was the restroom.
