So given that it had now b... read more Asked a work colleague if they had ever tried this restaurant - they said they had when it first opened but it was very disorganised. So given that it had now been open for some time, gave it the benefit of the doubt but nothing had changed. Arrived just after 12noon with only a couple of other tables outside taken up by coffee drinkers. Waited for a while until we were approached

This is Launceston's little hidden gemThe service is so good all companies that deal with customer service could take a page out these guy's book.The staff are... read more This is Launceston's little hidden gemThe service is so good all companies that deal with customer service could take a page out these guy's book.The staff are the friendliest bunch of people, very formal but very relaxed.They go out of their way to make your experience nice.Whether you are just getting a coffee or having a full meal, I can not fault the staff.The restaurant is very spacious, clean and is very family friendly.Toilets provided as well.Everyone is welcomeThe restaurant has inside and outside dining.And omg the food is so fresh and nice you will not be disappointed.The beef burger is great, as well as all the other food.The burger is delicious but very filling so be prepared to share the burger.The food is cooked to perfection and it is the only restaurant I have been to where I have not had to return a steak because it came out how I like it and that is very well done.It is the best place anywhere to get ribs, and the twice cooked pork belly is yum yum yum, did I mention yum lolWe visited after walking through yorktown square and seeing soemone eating the burger, omg that burger was delicious.Temptations is the place to go and be.They do not rush you and they do not hover over you collecting plates.And it also has a great selection of drinks including alocholic drinks.If you want a great relaxing breakfast, lunch or tea this is the lace to visit.Thank you Temptations at Yorktown.
