Was Sarp Erçetin at Sweetbrew a mag?
Surprised by the bad reviews... Almost didn’t go because of them.. But it was great! We ordered 3 different vegan plates, and they were all delish. Chai was also great! View all feedback.
What Rebeca Crona dislikes about Sweetbrew:
Expensive avo on toast. I'm really surprised you can be a super busy, vegetarian cafe and have the tiniest menu with barely a vegan option no imaginative vegan food on it. We walked a long way for avo, mushroom and spinach on toast that was $26!! Rip off. Menu said smoothies but it was just bottled juice. Really just made me want to cook up something epic when I get home! More vegan options and tasty ones at an omni... View all feedback.
The best coffee in the city, the baristas are old milk master and eating is always great!
In any case. I am really surprised that they have a super busy vegetarian caffe and have the smallest menu with hardly any vegan option no imaginative vegan food on it. we went a long way for avo, mushroom and spinat on toast, that was $26! menu said smoothies, but it was just bottle juice. I had an outstanding soy chai made with real tea leaves and spices, not the artificial powder or syrup. Additionally, the steamed egg on toast was absolutely amazing—delicious!
Bleary-eyed and just off the boat from Melbourne, I arrived in Launceston in search of caffeine and stumbled upon Sweet Brew—what a lucky find! I was welcomed by friendly staff, a cozy atmosphere, and a group of lively locals chatting away—a great sign for any café. They kindly accommodated my gluten-free request with an extra egg at no extra cost, and I settled into a charming little spot in the back. The music was perfect, and my breakfast, a beautifully plated combination of miso, tofu, pickled radish, egg, and avocado, arrived in no time. My long black coffee was simply the best I've ever had. The food truly renewed my faith in breakfast, going beyond just smashed avocado on toast. Even the bathroom had a unique touch. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience—thank you so much! Everyone else, make sure to visit Sweet Brew!
