Cuccina Cafe - Launceston

Highly disappointed with the service this morning. Normally, this place is amazing. Great food and good service, however on this occasion my breakfast was served with fried eggs when I asked for poached and there was a hair in my mushrooms. The server asked if I would like to send it back and of course I said yes. She seemed annoyed at this request apologised and took the food back. I was expecting to get a fresh cooked meal after this but what I appear to have gotten was a fixed up plate where they have removed the affected mushrooms waited five minutes and reserved me the same meal. The meal was barely warm and not very tasty. Not to mention the disgusted feeling I got while eating it knowing that the rest of my mushrooms and food were still around this person’s hair. I was made to feel as I if I was a hassle by asking to have my meal replaced. Highly unacceptable and unsanitary.

Amazing food, really friendly staff and such a peaceful atmosphere. I flew in from Brisbane last night and was hoping for a wonderful start to my day, here it is. Ps, the chutney is incredible. Thanks guys

Loved this little place! we stayed in an airbnb around the corner, and we stopped here every morning. the staff were so kind, helpful, and their coffee was AMAZING! food was brilliant too.

Great breakfast, huge menu, the staff are highly efficient and friendly.

From Launceston for a break on the way to Ben Lomond and happy we came to this café. It was pretty busy at the weekend, and I could understand why. General part for food, both large steak burgers and broken snapper were delicious), servers were good. Overall great ambience.
