Customer service here is great. The packs and sandwiches are delicious. You also have a wide selection of pastries. The café is literally located next to the pool at Tropicana Hotel and Casino; You can eat your food in the cozy dining area, or take it to the pool and eat there, or even take it into your room. They take card and cash, but they do not charge to the room. Your busy times are in the evening, so if your impatient, I would not recommend going between 5:00 and 9:00.
The food here is sooo good. The poolside turkey panini grilled sandwich was phenomenal. My husband got the Cuban pack and it was good. The service was excellent. There is a wealth of ama zing bakery, bagels and bread! Even if you don't stay in the tropics, you can enter through the casino and get some food worth it.
I work there to remain a bit impartial, but I have to say that the banana nut muffins are the best.
The coffee here is fantastic, and the donuts are wonderful as well! It's a lovely spot to grab a snack while enjoying the pool. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are very helpful.
I absolutely love the tuna sandwich and the bagels! The staff are very friendly, and the service is fast and great!
