The staff are rude, unfriendly, and often argumentative, showing little regard for the satisfaction or feelings of their guests.

The customer service here is great. The wraps and sandwiches are delicious. They have a wide variety of pastries as well. The cafe is literally right next to th... read more The customer service here is great. The wraps and sandwiches are delicious. They have a wide variety of pastries as well. The cafe is literally right next to the pool inside the Tropicana Hotel and Casino; you can eat your food in the cozy dining area, or take it out to the pool and eat there, or even take it to your room. They take card and cash but they do not charge to the room. Their busier times are in the evening, so if your impatient, I wouldn't recommend going between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
