The staff behind the counter not only seem indifferent, but they also don't listen. I requested hot mustard and received chili sauce instead. During nearly every visit, they seem to be out of various items. If they would just take a moment to listen to requests, their service could significantly improve, but it seems that isn't part of their training. This is clearly a management issue, or perhaps a complete lack of it.

A few of them can be a bit overwhelming, though.

The staff at the counter often seem indifferent and inattentive. For instance, I specifically asked for hot mustard, but instead received chili sauce. Each visit has had some form of disappointment. If the staff could take just a moment to listen, it would greatly enhance their service, but it appears that this isn't part of their training. Overall, it gives the impression of poor management or insufficient training.

I ordered the sweet fire chicken, but the server told me that they actually had peppered chicken instead, which wasn’t what I wanted. When I asked if we could pay, I found out that they didn’t have any spring rolls available, and to my surprise, they didn’t have any soda either. The food didn’t look fresh or appetizing at all, which is really disappointing compared to other Panda restaurants I’ve visited.

If you can’t keep them available, maybe it’s time to remove them from the menu. This restaurant is quite disappointing.
