Went to the Bighorn cafe for lunch, the service was great. The food was really good, my son had the fettuccine shrimp and he said it was creamy and tasty. My wife had the chicken fried chicken and she was happy with the flavor and the portion size, I had the cinnamon roll french toast and it was a nice size and the flavor was there. Price point was cheaper than most places today for less than 75.00 plus the 5 beers consumed during this meal. We will be back!
We didn't stay here, only went bowling and played pool. Excellent time! The ladies working the counter were the best! They took care of being cashiers, bowling shoe attendants, pool table attendants and bartenders! Hats off to you for being part of a good time! Plus, we were the only ones in there!?
There is virtually no customer service here. The casino features various themes, but the bowling alley is quite basic.
The staff here is always so friendly and accommodating! I always feel welcomed and enjoy my time whether I'm dining, staying, or playing. As a local, I visit the casino frequently. I would rate the gambling experience an 8 out of 10. The machines at Dotty's are consistently tidy, well-maintained, and organized. The staff there is very attentive—definitely a five-star experience! The rest of the casino has machines that are well-spaced and, for the most part, clean and ready for play. The security personnel are really nice now; I personally haven't had any issues, though during COVID there was a staff member who seemed a bit out of place—thankfully, he's no longer around. Now, everyone is very helpful. Overall, it feels like the right manager is leading the team here. I always have a great time gambling, and in the end, that's what truly matters.
We are extremely disappointed with our stay at the Laughlin River Lodge this weekend. We met family here for a family reunion and to celebrate my brother in laws birthday. Our room had no shower curtain, no refrigerator. No ice bucket or ice machines available and a tv that was from 1980. No coffee pot in room and we were told we could have a refrigerator and microwave for $10 each per night. My brother in laws room was not like this neither was anyone else’s whose rooms were on the 9th or 10th floor. The carpet was dirty under the sitting table . Totally unhappy and they did not offer to move us into a different room after we asked. For what we paid this is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this Resort/Casino and we will never stay here again!H. Ybarra
