Dunkin' - Lauderhill

This DD is a hard pass, bathrooms are locked and the cashier looked agitated because I asked for the key. In addition, I'm not sure if it is intentional, but they aren't returning your full change. However, the cup is completely full of tips which is hard to believe.

I wanted to give this restaurant a fair shot, but unfortunately, their customer service is lacking. They rush you when taking your order, and then they are rude at the window, chatting among themselves and ignoring the customers. This will definitely be my last visit. It's clear they don't prioritize customer service.

I ordered an avocado toast with roasted/roasted tomato. I looked like watery little tomatenschotes coming from the dose they buy in a super market. I buy avocado toast with tomato almost every morning when I have time before I go to work, and I have never seen in my life as before. the answer I got from the young lady who said they had everything? So I definitely asked for a refund and was wasting my time. o yeah and that was my second time at this place, come for the first time the man at the window looked clear as if he didn't want to be there and showed his service clearly, and then today was the second time and definitiw the last. but there was a type in there that apologised that he was not the one that served me today, or everything and the other that gave me my refund, so they were very nice about it and apologetic.

Worst drive thru I have EVER been through. 20 minutes later as I was literally trapped in the line (there is no way to just pull out of it and leave) I was calling into work telling them I would be late because I was in a drive thru for almost half an hour. Craziness!!

Here I am again 4/22/22. I guess that I will take a break and make my own coffee and sandwiches for awhile. I have been averaging 15-20 min for a mobile (pre order). I can spend time at home and save money by doing it myself at this point.
