I was genuinely surprised by my experience. My first visit was fantastic! The pizza was delicious, especially the new stuffed crust and the BBQ pizza. Mmm, I can still savor the flavors. "I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The door was closed, and the only access was through a window. There were three customers waiting for their orders, and I witnessed the manager arguing with a pregnant woman. The general manager seemed more focused on boasting about having three food stalls than addressing the issues at hand. Meanwhile, other staff members looked on without offering any assistance. It appeared they were too busy counting tips to help customers in need. The GM mentioned that the pizza would be ready in five minutes due to a system issue, but after fifteen minutes passed, no one bothered to check on the situation. It was disheartening to see how they struggled to maintain their composure under pressure, which ultimately affects their business.".
