Courier. Quick pick-up. When I got to customer, my hot bag felt like an oven. Musta been good hot when it went in.

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The door was closed, and the only access was through a window. There were three customers waiting for their orders, and I witnessed the manager arguing with a pregnant woman. The general manager seemed more focused on boasting about having three food stalls than addressing the issues at hand. Meanwhile, other staff members looked on without offering any assistance. It appeared they were too busy counting tips to help customers in need. The GM mentioned that the pizza would be ready in five minutes due to a system issue, but after fifteen minutes passed, no one bothered to check on the situation. It was disheartening to see how they struggled to maintain their composure under pressure, which ultimately affects their business."

I've always received good service from this restaurant, but today, on July 10, 2022, was a different story. The new driver got lost and never arrived at my address, nor did he reach out to call me. I'm very disappointed! Additionally, the young man who answered the phone provided poor customer service.

The staff at this establishment are truly unprofessional. They are rude, and it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, regardless of the issue. Despite living just down the street, it took them two hours to deliver my order. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. If it were possible to give zero stars, that’s what they would deserve.

I was genuinely surprised by my experience. My first visit was fantastic! The pizza was delicious, especially the new stuffed crust and the BBQ pizza. Mmm, I can still savor the flavors. The prices are a little high, but everything arrived on time, and I was completely satisfied. Keep up the great work, Papa John's!
