Not only does Chris' Coffee have anything you need, but I spent weeks talking with their sales and service teams and can say without hesitation that their work ethic and willingness to help is second to none. They were helpful in so many ways and quickly converted me to a forever customer. If you don't believe me, give them a call. There's a reason why I remember Kayla who will greet you, Mike who will answer any question you have, and Tim who can troubleshoot any service/parts issue you are having. The service is the best. Parts and support are great. They have breathed life into my older machine more than once. Chris' is the importer for my machine and they are fantastic. Service at Chris Coffee is amazingly helpful!. Over 25 years, I have purchased two prosumer espresso machines from Chris Coffee and whenever I have encountered problems, I email the service department there and always get a prompt response with helpful suggestions, (usually from Tim), usually with suggestions and diagrams to help me identify the problem.. Sometimes it requires back and forth to identify the problem. They have never failed to bail me out. Purchasing an espresso machine means that problems will occur, esp with seals, gaskets, sensors. My most recent machine is La Spatziale Dream-T purchased in 2016 with daily home use. This Dream-T is incredibly well built, IMHO, underrated. But the insides are complicated and that's where Tim has helped me navigate ways to identify and correct problems. Having the peace of mind that someone at Chris Coffee is there to help me in a cost effective way is well worth the initial investment in the machine.
