Burger 21 - LATHAM

This is the second time ordering online and the foods just put together sloppily. We've gone here since it opened and they had great food and service but it's gone down hill over time. We didn't get our sauces with the order.

I got a bacon burger and my wife got chicken tenders. Burger was above average compared to similar places like burgerfi and five guys. Tenders were incredible though. Very juicy and well seasoned. Staff was friendly, and the store is clean and nice, but the seats were a bit beat up and torn in the booths. Loved my experience, would recommend

If your going to eat the calories you want it to be worth it. It was. Always good either at restaurant or food truck.

Milkshakes are awesome!! I had the cookies and cream and the flavor and consistency was really good. The burge and Fries in the other hand, hard pass. If you want to stop by for good food. Unfortunately this is not the place.

First time here. Was craving a milk shake. I recommend only getting the milkshake. The burger had a weird vinegar, smell and taste to it. The fries were decent. The place is really clean, but the seats in the booth are all ripped up. The staff are very friendly.
