Blu Stone Bistro - LATHAM

I sit at the bar to hang with the great bartenders and their great service. Throwing out a #NSNG 5 Stars to the Blu Stone Bistro here outside of Albany, NY. Vegetable pasta entree aka Spaghetti Squash, add the grilled chicken. Prepared with eggplant, zucchini, sautéed spinach, covered in melted mozzarella and shaved fresh parmesan. #grainfreebaby #nosugarnograins

Great food! I was going to the airport looking for a spot close by. The staff was extremely nice. The atmosphere is great and the place was clean! Kudos to Blu Stone Bistro see you next time I'm in Albany!

I had a wonderful time last summer night listening to the Franklin Micaire Duo on the outdoor patio as part of a very good crowd. However, when the weather gets cold, the patio will be closed and the new senseless renovations of tiny, boxy event rooms will not allow for any band performances or reserved events with many guests. Apparently Blu Stone Bistro management decided to make renovations and not profits.

Beautiful setting , amazing food and service. Went for Valentine's Day and was treated lovely. I would definetly go back again

Very good. I was here because of a fairly unexpected stop. I have to say the staff is very professional by Albany, or other standards. Everybody has been very polite, efficient, and welcoming. My new spot in the Albany area. My meal was terrific, and the lounge very mellow and service well done. George is a very good barman, and the front desk staff were exceptionally gracious and professional. As a former Albanian, I can say that these qualities are in rare supply in Metroland, the tri-cities.
