It should not take that long to make two chicken sandwiches. The buns were hard too. I also reminded them about three times about my order andthe last time I overheard the girl saying that the cooks haven't started it yet. The restaurant WAS NOT even crowded. Theyclearly forgot twice about my order because I saw them put new tickets up and complete those. The last time I told the femalecashier, I saw them drag mine to the front, meaning they neglected my order. I was respectful and didn't cause a scene, buttheir time management, customer service, as well as food and order prep need to be miles better. If y'all want food here, orderin advance or just go to a different location. By the way, this is my second time going to this location and I've had extremelylong waits for small orders.

Rather have McDonald's than eat here.... and that says something!

Although tonight we wanted the cheese fry's and the kid I was ordering with said all that's on the cheese fry's is just cheese. Now wehave ordered them many times before and they were exactly what we wanted. But we only got cheese on them this time. That's myonly concern with the food. My second issue is that it seemed like all the staff had there friends hanging out making it seem alittle uncomfortable.

I asked the cashier if there was someone for this area. Some girl with hiney blonde hair came from the back with a horrible attitude saying Ineeded to wait line. I said I ordered online so that I can skip the line. She kept making smart comments. She could have handedme my food instead she stood there telling why I couldn't have my online order.
