Wild West Buffet At Arizona Charlie's

I received no assistance when a person tried to pressure me into giving him food at the restaurant. Luckily, another customer intervened and helped remove the man from me. However, the cashier did not seem to care that I did not receive credit for my digital coupons and claimed the line was too long to address the issue. They rushed my transaction, preventing me from getting the prices that were advertised. As a result, I ended up spending approximately $240 instead of the $150 I had intended to pay. I believe the restaurant has few friendly employees, as this is not the first issue I have experienced there. Additionally, I was charged for items that were taken off the counter but not removed from my receipt. I am also concerned about the lack of outside security at the store, as there have been instances of people being rushed for food and cash. Overall, I am not satisfied with my experience at this restaurant. - Toni Richarmm

Good for your store I spent approx 240$ instead of the 150 I was prepared to pay. I feel that you have few decent friendly employees. And I was charged for a couple of items that he took off the counter but not off my receipt.
