Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Las Vegas

Good food friendly staff ordered sunrise sunset smoothie. Delicious. Also had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread delicious as well. First time coming here won?t be my last.

Read reviews! Where do I begin...? I'm going to keep this short because I'm just going to contact corporate. Customer service is the worse, I was rushed into ordering after only literally 1min after asking for a moment. Got to the window and the guy asked ifbI wanted to leave a tip...? It must've been for his great customer service skills. Obviously I'm being sarcastic. The old lady slammed the window shut when we had a problem with the payment. I was asked 2 different times about what I had ordered, I even had to check my receipt to be sure. 1 star for the food only. As far as the smoothie and food; the smoothie lacked flavor and the pesto I ordered was not hot enough for the cheese to be melted and had an incredibly old tomato on it. Other than that it was okay. I will NEVER go here again and I am so happy I didn't give them one extra penny. The younger lady seems professional but the guy and old lady need to find different professions.

I very seldom drive thru drive thru, however temp. Was spiking up to 87 degrees already at 1230pm. I drove thru placed my drink order at the window with crew member. Of on those drive thru headset you can barley make out anything from either, once we conquered that small problem I felt the service, the inter-action and the knowledge of menu, it was wonderful experience with HAYDEN and rest crew of thew members Thank you

Waited 28 minutes for a smoothie !!! Man bun douche asked why I didn?t leave a tip!! I told him because I waited too long for something so simple!! Duh!!

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I went to the manager to voice my concerns but they brushed me off. The next day, the issue persisted. It makes me wonder how many others have had to deal with the same problem or if they just didn't notice it.
