So I came here for a second time a night out with some friends. The manager Rene was nothing but a great welcoming person. Our server was also very attentive and and helpful. Loved the experience from music to food. Sliders 8/10 definitely worth a try! Fries 8/10 Fresh!!! What Sara A doesn't like about Sugar Factory:
Tourist trap for sure! They do a bang up job on social media and that's what drove us to try it out on our trip to Vegas. The food was decent. They have a really good veggie/vegan burger. But those goblets with dry ice....way too overpriced for what you actually get. $39 for one and you don't even get a souvenir glass to take home. It was tasty but not anything phenomenal behind the dry ice show when they pour it. I... View all feedback.
As for the food, the spaghetti had a nice flavor and was pretty enjoyable. To my surprise, the chicken and waffles consisted of four large pieces of chicken, making it perfect for sharing! The chicken was tender, well-seasoned, and had a great crust. The decor is charming and glamorous, which makes it ideal for photos, especially the "Vegas Baby" sign on the stairway. Our service was excellent; we made a reservation just to be safe, and despite being a few minutes late, we were seated promptly. Our server checked in on us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking. If you appreciate good service, they recommend tipping in cash to avoid splitting tips among all staff members when using a card. Just a heads-up: the location change can be a bit confusing. Look for the Miracle Mile Shops (in the same building as Fat Tuesday) and head towards the area near the Rainforest Cafe, as it’s no longer located in the Fashion Mall. If you’re looking for a cute brunch spot, I definitely recommend giving this place a try!
There was a nice photo backdrop near the staircase, and a bathroom inside for convenience. I ordered the watermelon flavor, but I could barely taste the alcohol. After drinking most of it, I realized that you have to drink it quickly and eat the gummies right away, or the dry ice will harden them. Overall, this place is great for social media photos and backdrops, but the drinks aren't worth the price. There was also a DJ playing music upstairs, which was quite loud, but we didn’t mind his selection.
We didn't have to wait long for a table, but we experienced a lengthy wait for everything else—menus, ordering, food and drinks, and the bill. Our waiter was friendly, but it was clear he was overwhelmed. The drinks were enjoyable, and one of their cocktails is definitely enough for two people to share. The pasta was fantastic, although I might have been slightly tipsy at the time. Unfortunately, there was no garlic bread with our pasta orders, and after a long wait, we managed to flag down our waiter to ask about it. He informed us they had run out but could offer us fries instead. One can't help but wonder if we hadn’t asked, would they have forgotten about the bread entirely? On a positive note, he kindly upgraded the usual towers of s'mores to a banana split ice cream sundae for our friend's birthday celebration.
Checked into our reservation about 5 minutes early. The lady was able to change our seating from four to three. We browsed the candy store while waiting to be seated. We waited about 25 minutes to be seated for our 6 pm reservation. It was really busy and once seated, took another 13 minutes before anyone came by to bring us water and take our drink and meal order. The waitress offered to bring us a water pitcher too because I was so parched I finished the water glass she brought me before she finished taking our orders. She never came back with our pitcher and she even left her tray behind. It took 30 minutes before our meals arrived. Our drinks didn't come out until we asked about them and nearly cancelled our order. Waitress said it only takes two seconds to make them and garnish with the candy so wondering why it never came out. It came out as we finished our meal so we asked for a to go cup for it instead. She never came back with the ranch my friend ordered either or a straw for or It was loud and disorganized. They turn off the lights every time someone orders the $100 ice cream and sing which was pretty annoying trying to eat my meal through the on and off turning of the lights. It was an experience to say I've been here, done that, but definitely not coming back again. It's a once in a life time experience and i don't think it's worth the hype.

It was tasty but not anything phenomenal behind the dry ice show when they pour it. I know Vegas is expensive but I just think $39 is excessive! However, the place was packed for lunch and almost every other table had the $39 goblets too. I would prob go again if someone else in my group wanted to go and had never been there before but I wouldn't go out of my way. Side note: service was excellent!
