We visited this Sonic for a late-night dinner around 10:30 PM, and there were only a few other cars there. The location seems to be in an acceptable area. We placed a large order that included many different items, so I was pleasantly surprised that everything was accurate. The carhop was fine, but he was quite lackluster and seemed a bit out of it, like he might have been high. While that’s his choice, it’s a bit co... View all feedback.
What jaymepaulsmema doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Went late on Sat nite. They were a little busy but not overly so. The drive thru was very slow moving. I 'm sure there weren 't more than 5 cars ahead of me, took me more than 1/2 an hr to get to the mic. By the time I got to order they were out of an ingredient for what I wanted, so disappointing, esp when the plc is out of what ur in the mood for or craving. When placing my order, I told the gal sandwich only but s... View all feedback.
Fantastic service! I absolutely love the slushes on hot summer days, and the app makes ordering faster and more convenient than ever. Plus, there are always happy hour prices on drinks!

I had the pleasure of being served by a young man named Anthony, who typically works in the evenings. He is a genuinely kind, polite, and cheerful person. I wish more customer service workers in Las Vegas were like him!
On a Saturday night in over 95-degree weather, I found myself outside with my 5-year-old, waiting for two slushies and a burger. We waited for about 75 minutes while it seemed like the staff was in their own world. I was asked for my order name three times, but received no updates after each inquiry. When I pressed the red button to check on my order after about 30 minutes, the screen simply displayed an employee's name and stated that the order would be brought out. Another 20 minutes went by, and still no food. It was disappointing, especially since my order wasn’t complicated. I also noticed a staff member wearing sandals without socks, which struck me as odd. I tipped out of respect for the service I received, but the staff didn’t seem to care much. This experience was particularly frustrating for my daughter, who was thirsty and upset throughout the wait.
The poor girl was working alone, and we waited behind at least eight cars only to find out she was overwhelmed and way behind schedule. She apologized profusely, and I felt for her. I noticed at least two cars ahead of us received the same message. She was taking on multiple roles: cook, waitress/car hop, and drive-thru operator, handling orders and payments. This was my first visit to this Sonic, so I couldn't compare it to others. It's a shame whoever left her to manage everything alone. If she was being dishonest, that's on her. As for the food, I can't comment much since the menu seemed quite limited compared to usual, but then again, that's the norm these days. I really do sympathize with her if she was genuinely on her own; that must have been rough.
