when entering the facility I was not totally impressed. her presentation is not the best and cleanliness also did not seem to be the best. we have wiped the table, but the crumbs left, so we asked the bidder if he could wipe him again and everything he did was to pick up the food with his fingers. when someone comes, we take our order took awhile, but getting the food was super fast. that's worth it! eating was reall... Feels like a traditional family-style Chinese restaurant that I had driven by several times and looked attractive because it was always pretty packed. I'm glad I did; the guys was very fresh, and it's called seafood for a reason: they'll even bring out the lobster or fish for you to pick out Before they cook it. The prices are quite reasonable and the menu ous attractive, diverse, and well demarcated. The waiters are very pleasant, attentive and not pushy. I'll be happy to come back, and bring family and friends!
This is the best Cantonese restaurant in Vegas! Be sure to try the steamed sea bass, beef congee, and the Dungeness crab prepared in salted egg style. I always forget to snap photos, but the food is incredibly delicious. The staff can be a bit unfriendly, so it's important to know what you want and communicate it all at once before they serve the food and rush off. It’s just the usual experience you might find at an Asian restaurant.
The duck was incredible—crispy skin, tender and juicy. Overall, it was the best I've had at any restaurant.
This place is always bustling, especially during the week leading up to Chinese New Year. I arrived around 6 PM on a Thursday and had to wait about 25 minutes for a table. However, once we were seated and placed our orders, the food arrived in under 15 minutes. Everything we tried was delicious and truly authentic for traditional Chinese cuisine. The prices are reasonable, the portion sizes are good, and the food quality is excellent. You really can’t ask for anything more!
We ordered four dishes: honey walnut shrimp, beef chow fun, egg with beef, and braised pork belly with preserved vegetables. Our meal also came with a pot of white rice and hot tea. Luckily, we got there just in time for their lunch special prices, which are available from 11 AM to 4:30 PM, if I remember correctly. The honey walnut shrimp was delicious—very creamy thanks to the abundant mayo, which my wife and I really enjoyed. The beef chow fun was the standout dish for me. It was well-seasoned, had a great wok hei flavor, and the ingredients were perfectly balanced. Plus, it was an amazing value at just $9.88, likely due to the lunch special. However, the egg with beef was a bit disappointing due to a misunderstanding. While it wasn't bad, we were hoping for a dish that had beef, eggs, and gravy—something we had seen online that looked delicious. Instead, we got just eggs and beef, with no gravy in sight. Again, not terrible, but it wasn't what we expected. The braised pork belly was the least favorable dish. Although it was tender, it was severely under-seasoned. I've tried this dish at many places, and it seems I've learned my lesson after this visit—nothing compares to my mom's version. While service can be hit or miss at this restaurant, we had a pleasant experience. The lady who served us was very nice, and the other two staff members we interacted with were great too. With reasonable prices and generous portions, we're definitely planning to return, but we'll stick to the more popular Cantonese dishes, which appear to be their strengths.
