Rocco's Ny Pizzeria And Pasta

NEW OWNER NOT A GOOD CHANGE SO FAR.I've been coming here since 2018, maybe even 2016. Today was the first time it's been bad.I usually order the same thing. Not only was the food dry, the portion and pieces were smaller, and there was hardly any sauce. The service and atmosphere has changed. The ranch that came with the special was missing, I had to ask for the cup, and the new cook barely added sauce.The woman at the register overcharged the elderly lady ahead of me, and worse, when the lady told the cashier she's only buying one package of cookies, the cashier walked around and dug in the customer's bag to check.When it was my turn to pay, I decided to buy a box too. I moved the top box with broken cookies and grabbed the one below. Tell me why I had to tell her I only grabbed one also and she went and checked my bag too. What are we, a bunch of thieves? They're right in front of her and it isn't a tiny item.I told one of the guys that work there what's with all the changes. I was told the cashier is the new owner. Well it's already a bad start. I'll try them again, maybe in a few weeks but if she doesn't change her attitude towards the customers and she doesn't keep this location's great atmosphere that it has had for years, she's going to end up losing the regulars.

BEST place in Las Vegas! Their sauce tastes like mama 's. We are ex New Yorkers and pretty picky about Italian food anywhere else. Even tastier the next day as a leftover. We go once a week to the Village Center Rocco 's without fail. Chicken parm and Eggplant parm are excellent, as are the meatballs, sausage, garlic knots, pizza, and garlic bread. Portions are huge, taste is without compare, prices cheap. Why would anyone go to a chain restaurant with Rocco 's in your neighborhood? The staff is very cordial, always smiling and working, and if you 're lucky they 'll sing to the music place super neat. Love the bustling vibe here. Anything you want to eat is here! Highly recommend.

The pizza at this location is probably the best pizza I've had in Summerlin. Love stopping here after the gym lol.

Staff was nice and friendly, pizza ranged from meh to bad. Ordered the Sicilian? Square pizza and it was burnt really badly. Their NY style pizza was nothing to write home about. Staff definitely brought the review up from a 1 to 2.Food: 1/5
