What User doesn't like about Roberto's Taco Shop:
Absolutely worst experience at 1414 location. Do you have an order completely wrong by eating out, how do you screw up an order when it is very clear?? was delivered with this message in the field. Everything else ended very cold and tasted like dog food. I would suggest another Robertos View all feedback.
The cashier was very rude, she didn't recognize my sister or I and when she finally rushed through our order. When my sister tried to place her order, she literally went in the middle of the conversation to take the order in the car. Very unprofessional

I was there today and they were very helpful and customer service was much better than the lady working the drive through last week. The young lady today was super nice and food was delicious.
Always check your food. And the new cashier told me I was rude for throwing my receipt on the floor of my car. And told me that I was rude since I got to the window. Which she asked what I ordered. And I answered her. The manager speaks no english. Which makes getting the food fixed a big problem.
First time back at a Roberto's since San Diego in the early 80s. the chain has expanded dramatically, and now has numerous locations across Vegas. Had lunch here today, and it was just as I remember it. As in excellent. Prices obviously are a lot higher nowadays, about double what you might pay at Taco Bell, but the food is definitely better.
