Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Las Vegas

A good tip is to avoid going to Popeyes between 7 and 8 PM. I love Popeyes, but my experiences there often leave much to be desired. I visited at 8:45 PM, and there was a long wait in line. Not wanting to stay too long, we decided to place our order online and come back when it was ready. However, after completing the online order, I received a message saying my order would be ready soon, but it didn't provide any details about what I had ordered. So, I found myself back in the long drive-thru line, as the online ordering only allows for pickup at the drive-thru, and the lobby closes at 8 PM. I called the restaurant, and to my surprise, someone answered. They instructed me to come to the door, but when I arrived, they had no record of my order, which I placed 20 minutes earlier. They were almost out of everything. They barely had enough items on the menu, and instead of the two large sides I ordered, they suggested replacing them with three small cold sides that I didn't even want. I expressed my concerns, but they still handed me a bag with only ketchup and one item I actually wanted. They forgot the cookies I ordered. When I finally got them, they were hard, and I could tell they were made with butter and honey. In the end, I spent $35, but most of what I received wasn't what I wanted, the items I did get were cold and old, and the missing items would have made my meal enjoyable. I ended up spending over an hour there. I gave them more than one star because the young person who answered the phone and tried to assist me did the best they could given the circumstances.

We were really impressed! My friend, my partner, and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals from this restaurant. The staff was also great, ensuring our orders were filled quickly.

The staff member at the drive-thru was quite rude. She seemed overly pleased that they had run out of chicken sandwiches and strawberry cake, and she rushed me through the ordering process, leaving me with no time to look at the menu and choose something else. I didn't get to finish my order at all because of how hurried I felt. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Came today does not even offer any diving sauce for my 3 pieces delicate combo. never mentioned anything about not having an ice as it is not over 100 degrees outside, so soda and Hi-C fruit stamps got without ice, without even being said.

Delicious Spicy chicken sandwich or spicy chicken by itself. The cajun fries are also good. And I LOVE their apple pie. My favorite! Only downside is that they always takes 25 30 min to go thru the drive thru. Hate having to wait.
