Pizza Hut - Las Vegas

I decided to give this hotel one last chance before completely giving up on Pizza Hut. After they closed the Elkhorn location, we tried the Hualapai site, but a few months ago, our experience there was quite disappointing. Pizza Hut has always been my go-to pizza place since I was a child, so I appreciate the memories. I'm hoping for a better experience this time.

My daughter had a voucher for the Book It program, which allowed her to enjoy a personal pan cheese pizza. We also ordered two large pizzas to take home—one topped with bacon, olives, sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms, and the other featuring pineapple, bacon, and ham. We picked up our order after less than 15 minutes of cooking time, and the pizzas were perfectly baked, not burned or overcooked. The pineapple, bacon, and ham pizza was delicious, and I ended up enjoying it over the next few days. My partner was pleased with the other pizza loaded with bacon, olives, sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms. The crust was a bit dense, so I might try that pizza again but with a different crust type next time. My daughter really liked her personal pan pizza as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Overall, this is a fantastic Pizza Hut location!

I had a pretty good experience with this franchise pizza! It was surprisingly tasty, and the staff were friendly. I met one of their fantastic delivery drivers, Jennifer, who truly embodies great customer service. While it might not matter to everyone, I appreciate feeling valued as a returning customer. Jennifer certainly excels in that regard! Plus, the location is great.

Horrible customer service! Very rude staff and unprofessional. Food quality is subpar. Staff is not knowledgeable about anything food safety.

I will never buy from Pizza Hut again.I had a 2 litter pepsi bottle included in my pickup order. I arrived to the store at 8461 Farm Rd Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV 89131 and the manager told me: here 's you order. It 's already paid for. The items were on the counter and the manager, sitting, never raised his head to even look at me.I picked up the pizza box and the box with wings and went home .Then I realized that the 2 litter Pepsi bottle was missing!The manager never put it on the table .I called twice to that miserable Pizza Hut store. I first spoke to a woman and asked her to deliver the missing bottle. She said no, and that I was supposed to grab that bottle from the fridge on my way out.What?? Why would I do that? When I pick up an order the store is supposed to give me all the items that I ordered. I hung up and called again a few minutes later and the store manager picked up, I recognized his voice. Again, I asked him to deliver the missing item which was never presented at time of pickup. He refused and said you want the Pepsi bottle? Come and get it .Shameful. That person should not be a manager of a Pizza Hut store. He 's not fit to even wash the dishes.How disgraceful.Shame on you.I have posted this review on Google Maps and on Yelp.
