This was our first time ordering from Pizza Hut in Vegas and it was the quickest delivery we've had anywhere. The meat lover's stuffed crust pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked. As a nice touch, the delivery driver was incredibly friendly and left a small thank you note. It's clear that they understand the importance of great customer service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I waited for over an hour to inform the restaurant that they sent me the wrong order, only to be hung up on and left listening to a recording with no one returning to the line. While I understand it was a busy Friday night, no business should be too busy to answer the phone. I have ordered from this pizza place before, but I will not be doing so again. View all feedback.
They forget the half of my delivery order and don't pick up the phone in charge so I can get a refund for my missing items. another time before they all forgot my wings and claimed I had a loan and this loan never appeared. save time and order somewhere else
Does Pizza Hut on Flamingo and Mountain Vista is very well staffed they are very helpful soon as I pull up my car they bring my order out to it I had problems with my app because with their reward system I was able to get a free pizza but there was something wrong with the app the manager help figure it out and I got my pizza the manager here is very helpful very nice that makes me come back when I'm in Vegas love this Pizza Hut the food is excellent
Haven't had pizza hut in a long time and the pizza at flamingo and mt. Vista was excellent. Ordered 5 pizzas 1 lg all meat and 4 large spicey pepperoni. Perfect amount of toppings. My pizza was ready in 15 min. Thx pizza hut!
Asked for bell peppers. Why did I only get them on 3 slices??
My food took forever to come and when we finally got it it was cold and dry and really didn’t have cheese on it just sauce. I usually love Pizza Hut but not this time
