Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

First timer here. Ordered Greek pepperoni pizza for delivery on Grubhub. Toppings were not fresh, spinach was moldy. Barely had any pepperoni (slices were cut up into even smaller pieces). Asked for creamy garlic sauce but it was way too salty. Followed the instructions and baked for the minimum 12 min at 425 and came out burnt. The pizza didn’t even come in a box and was left outside in a food wrap. Should have read the recent reviews on here before ordering.

I visited Papà Murphy's for the first time in years. I forgot how much better their pizza is compared to frozen pizza from a food store. They have vegan options, non-gluten crusts, and carnivore suited pizzas. Give them a try for a take-home great pizza.

Went to the store on Friday 10/28/22 around 2pm. I placed an online order for large chicken garlic pizza, cheese bread and a club salad. Once I arrived at the store 20 mins after my pickup time I walk into the restaurant with the employees sitting in the back of the store. A young man asks how can I be helped and when I told him I was there for an online pick up he went to the rack and my order was not there. He then started to pick though the trash where he found my order. He then started to make the pizza putting the wrong sauce on I told him I think it was garlic and we started a fresh pizza. A lady with a nose ring came up to the front to tell me they did not have salads and that there produces order did not come in and it was not her fault. when i turned around the young man said they were out of tomatoes and if I would like sun dried tomatoes instead. I kindly said sure. Once the lady started to process the refund for the salad, I asked if I could talk to a manager. She said there was no manager, and she would take my number and name and text her supervisor who had already made calls for that morning sue to the issue. I asked when I would hear back, and she said idk. I asked if she could give me cookie dough or a discount since all the trouble I have been through. She responded with we can't give things out. When the young man was done, I asked him when his supervisor would be in next. He responded with this is my first week I'm not sure... IF this lady was set to train him, I think you might want to get someone else. I am writing this on Tuesday 11/1/22 and still have not heard back from the manager. We have been long term customers for years and looks like we need to find a new pizza place.

I have given this location so many chances and it never ends well. Even ordering online and going to pick up an hour later and my order was not even started. Watched many others get orders made and leave while I stood there. At least say something geez. Not a peep and then attitude when I asked about where is my order from an hour and half ago. This location will just make you mad. Pick another one and avoid this one.

Placed an order online for 3 pizzas, inside was clean the pizzas were ready to pick up upon arrival. The pizzas were flimsy so holding three was a little nerve racking. Suggest when ordering large quantity bring a box or a catering bag to make sure the pizzas aren't smashed together or possibly drop them. As for the pizzas nice sizes family size is pretty big we fed only 5 of us with 3 pizzas had tons of left overs. I'm thinking next time instead of a family size pizza and two larger just getting 3 mediums which should be a perfect amount to feed 5 people. Herb Chicken Mediterranean Pizza: $19.99 family dove was good I think pesto instead of olive oil and garlic as a base would have made the pizza 10/10Pepperoni: large $12.99Thin crust was very thin like eating a cracker I actually liked it wished there was more pepperoni but I know that pepperoni is oily when you cook so maybe to not sog up the thin layer of crust maybe that's why they have a small amount of pepperoni.Hawaiian: large $13.99Large slices of Canadian Bacon awesom appreciate that little pieces (small cubes) of pineapple. The pizza was good but I felt like you could t tell you were eating a Hawaiian pizza maybe because the pineapple pieces were super tiny and not very many pieces were on the pizza so it just was bland tasting. We also got a code that was texted to us 30% off which actually made us say yeah that sounds good!and placed an online order. Baking is super easy too, because the round piece the pizza is made on is oven safe so you just unwrap the cellophane wrap (plastic wrap) and straight into the preheated oven set your Alexa for the required time and voilà!!!!
