Amazing. Ryan really is the GOAT!! Told them Im into whatever and he offered spicy. I was excited and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Amazingly delicious meal and provided extremely quick with a more than courteous attitude. Give this team a RAISE!!!!
This location is very close to my house and was an easy go-to when I have not been feeling well. First visit the chicken noodle soup was luke-warm and 90% broth, not a single piece of chicken found. Second attempt, after verbally confirming a customized sandwich, it arrived standard and with all regular toppings. When dealing with intestinal illnesses, which can make having an appetite alone very difficult, it absolutely sucked to have multiple, Expensive, orders arrive incorrectly. Last and final time i'm ever ordering from here is tonight, where my delivery order has taken over an hour to process. Driver ended up waiting at their facility for over 20 minutes, no idea why he stayed. I called Panera to check on the order and they said they have not seen any order for my name arrive tonight, it's nowhere to be found, so I called the driver and he somehow managed to grab the order and is on the way.Horrible last 3 experiences here and a waste of at least $20 in incorrect orders.
Panera is one of my favorite places to eat. As long as they keep up with all that Great food I will keep eating there.Food: 5/5
My husband and I went to this location on 10/5 at 8:15pm and had a very unexpectedly amazing experience. It was a very simple night and our orders were basic but the interactions we had were just so sweet. We expected some understandably annoyed employees because we came so late and wouldn’t blame them for wanting to go home for the night but that is not what we got. Great customer service is so simple but can make a huge impression. Thank you to those working that night, you all deserve a raise!!
