The food was exceptional, I ate every bit, not a crumb was left. I very rarely finish. The service was above standard, wonderful with every respect. The wait was around 5 minutes or less, we dined with my wife's parents, and we felt so comfortable that we laughed, ate, and made merry! What Imran Dijkstra doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse:
Food was ok, Nothing to write home about. Service was mediocre. This is my opinion and observations. When there are bigger parties the attention of the server goes to the bigger parties and the smaller parties are kinda left or pushed to the wayside, why I think that is that serving the bigger parties may get more tips compared to the smaller parties. They have a lunch special Monday to Friday that (I think) is from noon to 4pm that has unlimited soup and salad for $10. I got the loaded potato soup, which is my favorite, and the blue cheese wedge, which is delicious! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the soup and salad or the Blooming Onion Fried Chicken (which is their blooming onion batter on a chicken breast and is super tasty).

Despite the parking lot being packed, our party of 4 was seated immediately a little after 6 pm. Outback is consistent with good service and well presented, delicious food. Steak was cooked to perfection though the accompanying grilled shrimp were overcooked and dry. The ribs and Alice Springs Chiken were excellent. Their kids menu had a great selection for the youngest in our party. Overall a fun night out.
Nice place with very attentive staff. The sirloin steak was excellent and so was the braised short rib but the chicken had surprisingly little flavor. The Mashed potatoes, rice, and creamed spinach were delicious. We took advantage of the Veterans/First Responders 10% Discount and the rewards program. We will definitely be back but will skip the chicken.
Today they had a fundraiser going on where they donated 100% of the proceeds to the Vegas strong campaign.
