Nobu Caesars Palace Las Vegas

Absolutely delicious! I decided to try Nobu, and it did not disappoint—I was truly impressed by the variety of sushi offered. In addition to what you see in the photos, I ordered salmon, tuna, Japanese red snapper, and yellowtail sushi, all of which were excellent. The presentation was impeccable, and I will definitely be returning!

Disclaimer: When I ordered the Grandmakase-Mahl, I only expected pieces from nigiri Sushi. This was obviously not the case, but I am pleasantly surprised with the kind of meal I received instead. Our server first rated our preferences and budget to create a tailor-made culinary adventure. With every single dish that was brought out, we received a thorough explanation of the ingredients and flavors we would experience. You can certainly say there was a great attention in both thinking about the court and in preparation. My proposal: Go with open mind and let them take the wheel. You will try to taste things that you may have never given, but at the end you really like!

Lots is said about Nobu and what can I say, it didn't disappoint. From the staff, to the cocktails, to the food right on. We asked our waiter to bring food equivalent to a certain amount of money and he created a tasting menu. Except one course not so great, it ranged from delicious and excellent to fantastic. we had a great time. Only concern is the price. it is expensive and I feel it is too much. but, I surely would go back after saving up to have the funds.

Nobu restaurant is located on the 1-st floor, not far from the Nobu hotel entrance. Took some time, about 10 min to get seated, even though our group of 5 had a reservation. We ordered some drinks and the all the meals for sharing, including Wagu beef. All the dishes had an excellent design and great taste. But we felt the service was rushed and not caring much about the customer. Everyone was running around like they were on a race. Inside was very loud and I would not recommend this place for a romantic dinner. Service and seating needs improvement.

This was a great experience. The wait staff is prompt and very friendly. The food is a full experience and each dish is full of flavor. We did the meal where the waitress orders for you family style. Also we got to eat some 24k Gild flakes in the dessert.
