I order online for pick up every week for my co workers so they won't need to. Our orders are usually huge. By far this restaurant was the best!!! They are precise, friendly and prompt. Was on my way to Chipotle but made a last minute decision to go here. Ordered half rack and 1/4 chicken, way too much for me at $30. Any grocery store chicken was better in flavor and tenderness. The ribs were tough and had no flavor except salt. Two other customers were in there at around 530pm. BK within a year. View all feedback.
Used to be a good place for dinner, not anymore. The ribs are basically flavored bones. Chicken wasn’t really bad but not even close to what it was. I wouldn’t recommend it anymore
I bought the Tuesday daily special, comes with a side of choice and a drink. The main dish itself l, the avocado chicken wrap was pretty refreshing and tasted good. The food came out quick, and the cashier was nice and helpful. I also like to mention that the location is very clean, but not too quiet.Food: 4/5
Wow, this place has gone downhill since the last time we were here, about a year ago...We ordered a family meal with chicken, ribs, 4 sides, and 4 drinks. The price came to just over $100 FOR FAST FOOD.!??The food used to have much more flavor. We used to CRAVE their menu items!!This visit though, the chicken was super bland and looked under cooked. The mashed potatoes barely had gravy, which is what has the flavor. The rice was dry and surprise surprise also flavorless. The baked beans over powered the entire plate. The mac and cheese is the only side we loved. This mac and cheese is actually REALLY good, definitely a must try!! You only get 4 tortillas with the meal, and ours were cold.The service was just as bad. The employees like to look at people. Caught them looking over at us a few times, which made us feel very uncomfortable.The ambiance was not at all welcoming! They had a young short girl with a sad/upset looking face at the register and no customer service skills. They also had this very pregnant lady cleaning and waitressing, which made us feel uncomfortable for her. We never saw any of the employees smile, not once!Also, if you're looking for trash bins at the end of your meal, it's a small white trash can behind the register.I hope they get their sh*t together because we actually really do Love the food here but only when done right! I'll give them another chance but not anytime soon because we're traumatized after this visit! No Bueno!!
We all ordered the combo meals with chicken, ribs, regular side, and drink... The grilled chicken is delicious, and I opted for the breast and wing... Lots of meat and delicious especially with the BBQ sauce! They also have hot sauce and both sauces are delicious on the ribs too! Place is somewhat hidden in the Walmart/Sam's Club shopping center, but worth the visit! Recommended!
Had the Chicken and Rib combo. DELICIOUS Had the Chicken and Robs Combo. Fall off the bone meat on the ribs and the cook on the chicken was perfect!
