Napoli Pizza - Las Vegas

Horrible customer service!! I called 2x to place an order, stayed on hold for 18 minutes, (the phone mysteriously hangs up) called back and immediately was put on hold…I’m guessing they didn’t want my business. So I never ordered.

Food tasted horrible! I have order from them in the past with no issues. Today I was delivered overcooked chicken finger that tasted like they got cooked with a plastic wrapper. When I called they said it's the new way they bread using bread crumbs now. When I told them they were overcooked I had to drive down to try and get issue fixed. Both the cashier and manager said that's how they look they now. The chicken was dark not golden brown at all. They did nothing to compensate for inconvenience but give me 6 additional fingers that are slightly lighter but still tasted the same. All in all I went home with 16 pieces of chicken finger trash, no refund, and still hungry. Almost forgot she offered me a free ranch lol what a joke. I even asked if I could get wings instead since they still make them the same according to cashier. I was told they can only replace what was ordered. Worst experience I have ever had in this establishment. Long time customer lost! I never leave reviews good or bad and the fact I am now says a lot!

This place had amazing food I enjoyed also the kids enjoyed too. It took a little long for food but it was okay. I think your place is great with all this food and stuff you guys have.Keep making good progress.????.

This is a cool spot the customer service was amazing my waiter name was Jax, she was awesome. Felt a little pricey and I wish the bar Ada’s set up to grab a drink watch tv and eat a slice of pizza. I’ll def will be going back.
