We’ve tried a few hot pot spots in vegas and this by far is our favorite spot. The babe signature broth is the best. So savory and flavorful. We love the concept of being able to get your own veggies and sauces as well. I do wish they had a little more selection for the veggies. The sushi rolls were good in flavor too but the rice was a little too soft. View all feedback.
What Martin Mendoza doesn't like about Nabe Hotpot:
It's a very small restaurant so wait times can be expected. The meat items, including seafood, are all you can eat but are brought to you upon request from the server. They can get busy, so the server won't swing by as often and forget to bring items. Some menu items have a vague name, so make sure to ask what they are. The all-day price isn't all day. It's just to order anything on the menu. They have a one and a ha... View all feedback.
Nabe is my absolute favorite Sushi and Hotpot spot in Las Vegas. If you’re looking for the best all you can eat sushi and hot pot at affordable prices, this is the spot for you. Where do I begin?! I tried a bunch of different sushi options, and everything was amazingly fresh! The toppings bar has a great selection of toppings and sauces, and I love all of the yummy meat options. My favorite broth was the sukiyaki. Did I mention that they also have the best soju?! The music, the service, and the ambiance definitely set the tone for an amazing meal. I highly recommend Nabe to anyone and everyone, whether you’re a Las Vegas local or a visitor.
I have never been to a hot pot place and for my first experience I really had a good time. There is a massive variety of items here from hot pot items, sushi, and I even got ice cream at the end. Our server Aaliyah was fantastic, sweet, helpful, and even bantered with us when we asked her opinion on something. Honestly she was a gem. The food was great and I found myself eating a ridiculous amount since it was all you can eat. I will definitely be coming back here. Please do yourself a favor and check it out.
This is a very affordable place for combination of sushi and hot pot. I feel like they do a better job with sushi than the hot pot. The sushi was pretty fresh, and well made. The flavor was perfect. They have plenty of choices and they give you more fish sashimi then rice. The hot pot was just ok. The soup base does not have that much flavor. The meat was not that high grade. One of the pork belly we got was grey colored and server said that’s normal, but come on, how can you tell me it’s normal for fresh meat to be in grey color
This is a nice little hidden gem on the corner of Spring Mountain and Stober. They offer a great selection of sushi along with the hot pot. With the hot pot you get a nice amount of beef and you can go to a buffet style area to select the additions to your plate. We had a small party of 3 and all did the AYCE for a total of $100. We all enjoyed it and will be returning for sure. The place is very clean, plenty of seating and good service.
This place is a really great value. The food is of high quality and the service is fantastic. I came for the late night special and wasn't let down. I left in a food coma. The broth is tasty and the veggies/meat is super fresh. I appreciated the kimchi and the beer was 16oz, which was nice. I recommend going here. I left very satisfied.
