Tried to order sides of onion rings with our order and was told that a bucket of onion rings would be a better value because it is bigger and costs $6.99 When our order arrived it was not a bucket nor was it enough for 3people which was a total of 8 onion rings. I called to complain that this was not a bucket and all they wanted to do was arguewith me and then said they only have 1 size of onion rings. The food is great but the customer services is absolutely horrible .Will not ever order from here again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

He apolo... read more I ordered a meat lover's pizza, but the delivery guy asked for payment before handing it over. When he showed me the pizza, it was just a cheese pizza. He apologized but insisted it wasn’t his fault and refused to refund my money despite my repeated requests. He told me to take it up with the store and left with my money. The pizza was cold by the time I got it to my room, tasting like cardboard. This place feels like a scam. I definitely do not recommend ordering pizza from here!

I ordered a meat lover’s pizza, but it arrived cold, burnt, and without any sauce. The garlic bread was just as disappointing—so dry it snapped like a potato chip. Overall, a terrible experience. I would rather eat week-old leftovers than order from here again.
