We came in after midnight on 8/26. The gentleman working was very welcoming and helpful in recommending food. His service and attitude were top notch. Would absolutely come again. The wings were delicious and the Caesar salad was yummy and loaded with chicken. Also recommend the lemonade! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mama Cimino's Pizza:
Based on my experience, this place did not appeared authentic Italian. I saw their famous lemonade or lemon signature drink everywhere but it did not appealed to us. After sitting down for a few minutes, the looks of the counter boy indicated that we had to order from him, I asked for coffee and he simply said they didn't carry coffee there. I don't normally write bad reviews, but from the start my phone call over the phone was very nonchalant.After an 1hr and 20mins goes by I call and they claimed they had 35 people in the lobby and haven't started my meal. I asked to cancel they say are you sure the food is really good. Then proceeded to ask if I wanted a refund.I'll never know if the food is good and how am I expected to pay for something they never made.I order delivery for a reason I didn't have time to pick up and now we're dissatisfied even more, gonna need a snickers bar.
I stopped here on lunch to get a slice of pizza. They actually had a special two slices of pizza and a drink for 799 so that's what I ordered. I got the margarita pizza slice and the pepperoni pizza slice I would say they are a nine out of 10 overall really good taste does remind me of the New York style pizza. It was flavorful, however the customer service was lacking. It was short staffed and there was only one person working he seemed really agitated. The kitchen very unorganized. There were two people sitting in the dining area. I actually got my pizza to go. Overall the pizza is tasty so I would revisit. Hopefully they will have more staff available.
I'm sorry y'all I wanted to like it! The customer Service was great! But the food was not good. Had I been sloppy drunk, It might of been a bit better. We ordered fettuccine and our teen boys said it was the worse they have had. We had 2 orders of wings they were so hard and over cooked. We also ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza and 3 medium pizzas, and they all tasted worse than Little Caesars. It's not regular pizza slices. Cut into squares, very thin, no flavor. One pizza had sausage and that was the better one. All this for $160. Most expensive and not worth the price!
Staff seemed nice, service was good but food was not great. Average at best. We ordered pizza, base was like a biscuit, chicken fingers which the kids didn't eat and a meatball sub, which was probably the best thing we had.Food: 3/5
