I love the friendly customer service. the food was ordered to cook, so it came fresh and hot. the fries had the perfect amount of salt. I ordered a few things, one with special desire and it was made perfect. they cleaned up when we were here and got sanitary. the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. will definitely be back to this place. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I don’t often recount negative experiences, but this one is worth mentioning. I ordered white meat chicken pieces and ended up waiting 30 minutes for them to be cooked. I also tried the chicken strips, which are made from white meat as well. Unfortunately, they were dry and had a chewy, gummy texture, likely because they had been kept under a warmer for too long. The food was greasy and mashed potatoes and gravy was not right and the corn tasted stale. There was hardly any food available at this location.Food: 1/5
Service was terrible. I also made my order set for 5:10pm to coinside with my route and get it on the way home. I got the text saying my order was ready 40 min before I even could pick it up. So I know it just sat there.
How in the F do you not have original recipe chicken ready at dinner time? And then have the nerve to tell me to come back in 90 minutes, and we might have some ready? And the manager have a oh well attitude? No wonder KFC is actually losing money.
Great service very patient and just good people on when I went. Lady was amazing who did the drive thru!!
