I went through the drive through, and the young man working that position should never do it again. We waited 2-3 minutes just for him to not understand not get our order correct. What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
This is the third time that Jack in the Box has been closed, yet I see workers sitting inside, eating, and turning customers away. It's only 10:18, and the restaurant is supposed to be open 24 hours. I even took a photo of one of the employees just sitting around, while others are not working. They really need to come in and start firing people and hire new staff. View all feedback.
I went here this afternoon and got 2 orders of tacos which were better tasting than I’ve had in a while! The problem was not only were that cold but some had lettuce others didn’t or it was on the outside of the shell! It was nice having cheese as lately other Jack in the boxes seem to forget that but it would have been nicer had it been in the Taco and not on the out side of it stuck to the paper but atleast they weren’t drowning in sauce!
This location is the closest fast food restaurant to my home, I 've been annoyed in the past with them because they offer 10% off to taxi drivers but not to Uber drivers which I am. This morning was the worst experience ever, we took our dog for a big walk through UNLV and on our way home stopped to get breakfast at Jack in the box. Usually use the drive through but we were walking, the sign at the door says open 5am to 10pm, but the door was locked so I went to the drive thru and asked what time they opened, his answer was when his cashier finishes counting her drawer , so I asked him what time would that be? He answered in about 10 minutes, 7am. So we waited patiently but it did not open at 7am, so back to the drive thru I went. I asked him again what time they were going to open? A woman answered me that it would be at least another 15 minutes. I told him that was not acceptable, he should have told me that the first time I asked, he then closed the window on me, OMG, really that 's the rudest, worst customer service I ever got, I can 't believe he closed the window on me. Needless to say I left very upset that I was treated that way, will never ever visit any Jack in the Box again, thankfully Chick-fil-A is opening soon around the corner.
Talk about ghetto....like something u see on social media....I can't believe there's such thing as workers like this. So this is what they talk about when they say Vegas has hood areas. I'll make sure not to come this direction again. **** service.... Corporate come look at this place!
Pulled up to this Jack in the box at 10pm at night on 6/26/2022. Worker working the drive thru claimed the store is closed because the cashier is late and would be closed till the cashier arrives. So no one knows how to ring up customers? Only one employee in the store can ring up? And if not the store is now inoperable? Doesn’t make any sense. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes just for that cashier to never arrive and the employee to never help. So basically work for Jack in the box because they pay their workers to do absolutely nothing if one link on the train falls through. Pathetic.
