It is very sad that one person was working Nocheiya with a long line of people, she was amazing, not to mention with a cast on her foot and the guy Mark literally is just stealing company time doing nothing. He stood there while she was taking orders and placing orders alone while he kept going in the back. There was no manager, no supplies, and no care at all for a Great customer experience. I have to be honest, this is the WORST Hot Dog on a stick I've ever been... and I was at the San Bernardino! Not sure if the cashier knows how to speak, but it is common to answer people orally instead of guiding nodes. Simple communication skills go a long way. He also seems to have more interest in his phone than taking my money. Anyway, I didn't expect much of a hot dog on a stick in a casino.
I came in at around 10:30pm and there was only ONE WORKER and a line of about 20 people. Everything else was closed so the line just kept growing. The poor girl was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to fulfill orders alone with no help. I asked her where the manager was and she didn?t know, which told me everything I needed to know. They were out of everything so I had to put my ketchup in a cup. My order was incorrect but it wasn?t even her fault it was poor management. I will be contacting corporate because this is absolutely unacceptable.

People on the staff were terrible with costume service. They just entered the register and looked at the distance, they didn't welcome us, I couldn't even hear them when I asked a question. I asked if they had a sauce. Not today? No courtesy. BS-Platz. Food is good, but close
